What is 10AM?
A disposable camera for a night. The host starts a roll in the iPhone app, guests join from their browser, and everyone sees the shared album after the reveal.
How do I set up an event?
Create the event in the iPhone app, choose the reveal time and roll size, then put the QR code somewhere guests can scan it.
Can I make an event bigger after creating it?
Yes—before the roll develops. In the iPhone app, open the roll, go to Settings, and choose Add more under Capacity. Select a larger available size; 10AM uses a ready credit or asks the App Store to confirm a one-time purchase for the full larger size. It is not a prorated price difference, and nothing renews. If the roll already used a paid size, that former paid credit returns to your account for a future roll. A free 10-guest roll has no smaller paid credit to return.
Do I need to invite guests manually?
No. The QR and join link are the invite.
Can I change the reveal time later?
The current product is designed around setting the reveal once during setup, so guests know when the roll develops.
What should I put on tables or screens?
Use the join QR from the host dashboard. It opens directly into the guest flow.

Do guests need to download anything?
No. 10AM opens in the phone browser.
Why are photos hidden after shooting?
That is the point. No previews, no overthinking, no feed. The album becomes a shared reveal moment.
Can guests retake or delete a shot?
No. Shots work like a disposable camera: take it, trust it, move on.
What if a guest closes the browser?
They can reopen the join link on the same phone and continue with their remaining shots.
Does the camera use the front and back cameras?
Yes, where the browser and device support it.
Photos & reveal
When does the gallery unlock?
At the reveal time selected by the host.
Who can see the album after reveal?
Anyone with the gallery link can view it until the event and gallery expire.
Can people download photos?
Yes. Revealed photos can be opened and downloaded from the gallery.
Why not show photos instantly?
Instant feeds make people curate. 10AM is built for presence first, album later.
How long does the album stay available?
Events and galleries currently expire 30 days after the reveal time. The exact expiration date is shown in the product flow.
Privacy & reliability
Are albums public?
They are unlisted, not searchable. Treat the gallery link like an invitation link.
What happens if mobile internet is weak?
The camera gives upload feedback and keeps the capture experience simple while uploads finish.
Can the host delete an event?
Yes. The host dashboard includes event deletion.
Is this meant to replace a photographer?
No. 10AM captures guest POV, messy moments, and the parts a photographer might miss.
What events is this best for?
Weddings, birthdays, house parties, afterparties, team nights, and any event where the candid roll matters.
