Partner terms.
These terms apply to photographers using the 10AM partner programme, together with our general terms and privacy notice.
Your studio and your clients
Apply with accurate business information and use the programme only for weddings you photograph. Approval is reviewed by our team. Use only names, logos and other branding you have permission to publish.
Rolls and payment
You purchase roll capacity through a supported app storefront using your 10AM account. One credit is used when a roll is created. You arrange and charge for your own services independently. Deleting a roll does not return its consumed credit. Storefront refund rules and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Handing over the album
Get your couple’s permission before creating a roll for them or entering their email address. They must sign in with the invited email and explicitly claim ownership. After claiming, the couple controls the album and its deletion; you no longer have management access. Your approved photographer credit and booking link remain on the revealed gallery.
Branding and review
One application approval activates your studio branding. Profile edits by approved partners publish immediately. We may decline applications, pause partner access or remove inappropriate branding and pause access until reviewed again. A normal suspension does not stop existing weddings. Branding may be removed where necessary to address misuse or a rights complaint.
Photos and retention
Partner status gives no permission to reuse guest photos for advertising or a portfolio. Obtain the necessary permission separately. Roll photos are deleted 30 days after reveal, or earlier when the owner deletes the album. Download any photos you are entitled to keep before then.
Partner information
We use application details, profile revisions and review records to run the programme. Public galleries show approved branding and links. Handover records store the invited email and transfer status; invitations expire within 30 days. Email delivery records are retained for up to 30 days after processing. Uploaded logos are removed when they are no longer used by a profile. Account deletion removes partner details; an album already handed to a couple remains theirs.
Availability and support
The current programme includes wedding management and approved gallery branding. Additional tiers, custom domains and directory listings are not included in this release. Contact support@10am.cam for access, branding or ownership questions.
